WHAT IS CLICKING NOISE IN BRAND NEW OUTSIDE A|C UNIT??

Important info!! ❗️❗️

We replaced our old air conditioner three weeks ago because it was making this EXACT clicking noise even when the fan was off. We decided to go ahead and get a new a/c unit installed to be safe.

Now the BRAND NEW AC is doing the SAME EXACT same noise!!
The service tech came out today but it had stopped by that time. Even with the video of the clicking, nobody seems to know what is causing it.
