In this video I am controlling a Rokuhan R023 turnout with the side terminals of a Rokuhan RC02 train controller, L9110S dual motor driver and an Arduino Nano. I put batteries into my controller and soldered a Female header pin to the negative ends of a 9 volt battery clip on connector so that I can attach and detach them from the controller with ease. I also connected an external battery for a tablet to make this project fully portable.

The non Rokuhan items should cost around $5 from Aliexpress.
DISCLAIMER: I am not affiliated with Rokuhan, Aliexpress and Arduino.
