I never had someone with a burn-out leaving the class early, that's the good news.
All our stories are different, and with that our burn-out. So there isn't a once size fits all.
But as an NLP trainer who used to have chronic fatigue (CFS), I do have a few pointers.
1. REST! That's what you need.
2. Your reality testing is off, your negative thoughts aren't you right now. You are tired. Be a failure at taking them seriously. Stop engaging with them.
3. Focus on who you wish to become?
4. Focus on things that give you energy.
5. Eliminate those things that don't.
6. It is a process, that won't be over from one day to the other. But you'll get more air as you go along.
7. Focus on positive emotions, flow, positive relationships, meaning and purpose, and achievement. Particularly re-defining the latter.
