Follow these steps to connect or setup multiple monitors in Windows 10:
- Plug in and power on your monitors, and then connect them to your computer using HDMI or DVI connection.
- On your computer, right-click the desktop and select Display settings.
- To find out which screen is associated with each number, select Identify and then arrange the displays on-screen to match your setup.
- Select Apply to update the arrangement.
- Select the monitor you want to use as the main display, and then scroll down and select Make this my main display.
- Select the Multiple displays drop-down list.
- Duplicating desktops shows a mirror image from one display to another.
- Extending desktops expands the work area across multiple displays.
- Showing a single desktop enables the workspace only on the selected display and turns off all others.
- Disconnecting a display turns off the selected screen without needing to disconnect the cable.
- Windows displays the selected monitor configuration.
