Hey dear viewers! In this new video, Medha Singh, the CEO of Juvena Herbals, talks about a wonderful, wonderful face and body oil that you can easily make at home.
She talks about how we Indians use turmeric for fairness. But instead of mixing turmeric in Gram Flour(Besan), or wheat flour (Aata), it is much better to mix turmeric in oil.
Remember that turmeric is not effective when mixed with water. It can give you a fair complexion ONLY when used with oil. Hence, in this recipe, you will learn how to get the most out of turmeric mixed with oil.
This Fairness Oil is a new recipe that you can make at home. It is extremely effective. Up until now, our clients have been using our Beauty Oil for massaging their kids and for their own skin as well. Now, they have one more option of using this Fairness Oil on their babies.
For this fairness oil recipe, you will need:-
Sesame Oil- 500ml
Almond Oil- 500ml
Kachchi Haldi- 100gm
Haldi powder- 30gm
How to make the oil:-
Put all the ingredient together in a steel bowl(obviously, big enough to fit all these contents :p)
Now, leave them on low to medium flame for 40 minutes.
Take it off the flame after 40 minutes. Let it cool.
Once it is cooled down, sieve it into a glass container.
And voila! There you have your miracle- working Fairness Oil.
Now all you need to do is apply it all over your body- or any area that you want to improve the complexion of- and forget about it for atleast 20-30 minutes. You may wear some old clothes after applying this oil, because they will be yellow when you remove them!
Leaving the oil on your skin for an hour or even for 2 hours, is not a problem AT ALL. The oil will only be more effective with time!
When you're ready to take bath, just wipe off this oil with a piece of cotton soaked in milk or you can apply UBTAN on that area and gently scrub it off when semi-dry.
Do moisturize your skin after taking bath.
