As Edo State Government fine-tunes preparation for the 2019 National Festival for Arts and Culture scheduled to hold in October this year, the State Commissioner for Arts, Culture, Tourism and Diaspora Affairs, Mr. Osazee Osemwengie-Ero has visited some newly renovated historic monuments and the Oba Akenzua the Second cultural centre, to inspect the level of work done.
