The difficulty in obtaining a flatter stomach is not so much building the muscle but cutting the fat from your body for your ab muscles to show through! As you know, spot-reduction of fat simply doesn't work and the key, honestly, to getting rid of your belly fat is to focus on OVERALL fat loss. Even after being overweight my entire life AND having 2 kids within 2 years, I have been successful in getting rid of the DREADED belly fat and toning my core area!

Using the tips and methods I share in this video, you can burn that stubborn belly (and body) fat naturally! I cover the following topics:

1. Cutting Refined Carbs & Increasing Your Fiber Intake
2. Drink at least one gallon of water or HALF your body weight in ounces (i.e. if you weigh 200 lbs, then you should drink 100 oz per day)
3. Stress LESS and REST More - It's so important to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per day
4. Weight & Strength Train - It has been found to fight against the buildup of abdominal fat when you lift weights at least 2x per week. In addition, you burn more for longer periods of time when you incorporate weight training into your routine (as much as 12 hours post-workout).
5. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Fasted Cardio
