Zuraida: Govt to reduce interest rates for affordable home to below 4%

Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin told the press on Saturday that the Government is trying to lower the interest rates of affordable home loans to below 4%. She said this after officiating the StarProperty.my Fair in Kuala Lumpur.
