Zucchini clouds: fluffy and yummy ready in a few minutes! These fritters are unbelievably easy to make, low calorie, and the perfect way to sneak in some veggies!INGREDIENTS

• 2 zucchini

• 5 tbsp white cheese

• 3 eggs

• 150g flour

• 200ml milk

• 40ml olive oil

• 2 tsp baking powder

• cooking oil

 

METHOD



Separate the yolks from the egg whites. In a bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, salt, olive oil and cheese.

Gradually add flour with baking powder.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix the zucchini slices and egg whites.

Fry the mixture using spoons in a large amount of vegetable oil.
