Massive Landslide In Wayanad's Puthumala; Many People Allegedly Went Missing| Mathrubhumi News

Kalapetta: A massive landslide was allegedly reported in Puthumala in Meppadi near Wayanad border. Locals shared visuals of the landslide and asked for help. However, rescue team could not reach the area as Puthumala has been cut off from the rest of the region. It is said that many estate labourers reside in the region which is allegedly affected in the landslide. The District officials has asked the rescue forces, departed from Kannur to Wayanad, to visit the spot.
