Japan comic art screen printing for T shirts: Kuu (halftone)

I started to print comics by screen printing. The illustrations in the video have been converted to halftones to represent gray.
And it is printed with laser printer (EPSON LP-3250)
I make plate using my own exposure machine.

Take1 is underexposed. The screen film has peeled off.
Take2 is overexposed. The fine halftone dots have been crushed.
Take3 removes some halftone dots and makes them completely black.
Take4 made the halftone dots finer. As a result, the ink could not pass through the halftone dots.
Take5 intentionally enlarges halftone dots. I succeeded in maintaining the details.
Take6 is a finished product. Both dot size and exposure time are appropriate.
I made a T-shirt using the Take6.
