In this video, I demonstrate the process of disassembling and reassembling an ACS Crossfire single speed freewheel. These freewheels are a little easier to overhaul than a typical freewheel in that the bearings are the caged type, so you don't have to deal with reinstalling about 100 or so tiny 1/8" ball bearings. Typically, I'll use grease on the bearings, and a thicker wet oil, such as Phil Wood tenacious oil on the pawls. If you want your freewheel to be louder, use a lighter weight oil on the pawls for a more pronounced ratcheting sound.
