if you don't understand whats happening well here:
Haru was exercising and he lend his phone to Yuuto {his roommate} then he saw a message popped out, he told Haru but Yuuto forgot to say it wasn't him, so pretty much Haru's sanity dropped to zero and almost chocked Yuuto until Rikku comes in,
then after that Haru checked his phone and he start apologizing to Yuuto whose pretty unconscious.
