Famee Brahma is a versatile professional who was recruited from IIM Kashipur and trained under #MuthootBlue Vibhavana - our Accelerated Development Programme. She hails from Assam and she has successfully taken over the position of Area Manager in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The new role excites her and keeps her on her toes as it revolves around the true asset of Muthoot Blue – Our Customers. Vibhavana is Muthoot Fincorp's Leadership Development program. The Program includes various sessions including Branch Training & Leadership sessions, where the candidates learned about the company's various products and programs, branch functions, roles and responsibilities of Area Managers and Product Managers, among other skills.
