Trying to FIX - Joy Con Battery Glitch & Stick Drift

Hi, in this video today my friend Elliot from The Retro Future has stopped by with a couple of faulty Nintendo Switch Joy Con to see if we can fix them. One has a weird battery glitch and one has the common stick drift issue.
