Matteo (Marco Gumabao) makes a request to Dulce (Kylie Verzosa) after his recent meltdown due to seeing the Cardinals. Wanting to aid her brother's condition, Dulce reaches out to Catalina (Jean Saburit) for help. Their connection raises suspicions to the Cardinals, who are aware of Catalina's dealings. Meanwhile, the Senyora continues to gather her forces against their family. However, the Cardinal brothers remain focused in their investigations of their several adversaries.

Catalina’s (Jean Saburit) tip proves to be fruitful as Matteo (Marco Gumabao) manages to escape from the mental facility. Thrilled by his freedom, Matteo pulls off a disguise and endangers the lives of the Cardinals. Believing that Matteo was the one who attacked their family, Isagani (Jake Cuenca) and his brothers set out to confirm their suspicion. Meanwhile, Lucas (Albie Casiño) infiltrates Menandro’s (Lito Pimentel) gambling den in hopes of finding the Silverio patriarch. Unknown to Lucas, Coralyn (Mary Joy Apostol) is following closely behind.

The Cardinals’ suspicion toward Catalina (Jean Saburit) intensifies when they bump into her at the mental facility where Matteo (Marco Gumabao) is admitted. Isagani (Jake Cuenca) and his brothers then decide to split up to catch their adversaries red-handed. Wanting to confirm their speculations about Catalina’s true identity and her connections to Menandro (Lito Pimentel), Isagani and Connor (Joshua Colet) infiltrate the Silverio patriarch's gambling den. There, Connor crosses paths with a person close to his heart. Meanwhile, Lorenzo (Joseph Marco) and Lucas (Albie Casiño) keep watch outside the psychiatric facility to make sure Matteo does not escape again.
