Holland America Cleared in Alaska

Holland America Cleared in Alaska. The NOAA says they have finished looking into the Holland America ship that narrowly missed a pod of whales in Alaska. Funny thing is, the person who shot the video and brought this to the worlds attention was not even contacted to see if there's any other videos or information. So just how was anything looked into?
