Beautiful Boracay White Beach/ Dumped Sea Weeds/ Surf Rake is Defective

The white beach is beautiful but there's a lot of dumped sea weeds from the ocean. Surf rake is defective and volunteers manually clean the beach. No more beach cleaners after the surf rake arrives but now that the surf rake can not operate volunteerism is a big role in cleaning the beach. Paddle board instructors are leading the cleanup as they are on the beach the whole day. I have done my part by digging metal trash last night and everyone of us can contribute the cleanup of the island.
