The group marched to the Belgrano Station, where the summit is being held, under the watchful eye of a heavy police presence.
They were largely characterised by opposition to Argentine President Mauricio Macri's budget cuts and his Brazilian counterpart Jair Bolsonaro's criticism of the feminist and the LGBT+ movements.
