There is a saying that knowledge is Power, but we have never lived in a more abundant time of access to knowledge.

If you think about it, it is actually implementation of ideas and knowledge that make them valuable.

You cannot simply have an idea and think it is valuable, without taking action on realising that idea.

You need to surround yourself with people who will both question and challenge you, as well as those who will encourage and support you.

You need to be able to explain your idea as if you were explaining it to a child, as other peoples understanding of your idea is what will empower them and encourage them to get involved.
