US-China trade war: China to create blacklist of "unreliable" foreign firms and individuals

China said it will create a blacklist of "unreliable" foreign firms and individuals in what looks to be a new escalation of its trade spat with the US. Companies or individuals who do not comply with market rules and/or stop supplies to Chinese enterprises for non-commercial purposes will be included.
