Normally one Skulltula would not be able to be obtained as it's trapped in a spider web. However by jumping to the canoe then targeting the token after destroying the skulltula you can grab the token without needing to burn the web.
Alternatively you can use Zora's jump attack to also grab the token without jumping to the canoe.
