Gary Bettman didn't reveal much about the BOG meeting but Bob McKenzie has the latest on the two levels of rules changes that could be on the way for the NHL. The first one would allow referees to review a double-minor or major penalty after calling one and secondly would be expanding coaches challenges to cover a more vast array of plays.
