You'll learn:
At the heart of the feminine in all of us is a “river of love,” an infinite source of love, or as John’s teacher David Deida describes it, at the center of the feminine essence is “love light.”
If you’re wanting to bring and express your feminine in the world, the moment-to-moment meditation is: “Am I clamping down on love, or am I amplifying love?”
When your body is clamped down, you are, essentially, strangling the love that you are.
The common mistake people make is that there is a certain definition of what love energy is - that it’s sweet, sexy, etc. - but there is a complete range of love energy that includes rage, grief, the many flavors of sexual energy, and even calling your partner out for not being the best version of themselves. Clamping down on any of this is a way of killing love.
Your body is an amplifier of love. You can generate more love by bringing more movement, breath, and energy to any moment.
Check your body right now - where in your body might you be clamping down on love? Are you slumping your shoulders forward? Is your jaw tense? Is your belly tight? Feel where love is not flowing freely and try to consciously relax it a little bit. This meditation is at the heart of bringing more feminine energy to the world in any moment.
