Abandoned Baby Girl Found Alive in Plastic Bag: Cops

A baby girl was found alive in a plastic bag and now authorities in Georgia are trying to find out who abandoned her. Bodycam from a Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy shows the harrowing discovery. The child still had her umbilical cord attached. She was wrapped up in a shirt until paramedics got there. She was taken to a local hospital and authorities are calling her Baby India.
