$5 billion to $10 billion needed to flood-proof Sangley Airport : Cavite governor | DZMM

The government might need to shell out $5 to $10 billion to ensure that the runways of Sangley Airport would not be flooded during high tide or the rainy season, Cavite Governor Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla said.
