Why Sitting Prematurely AGES YOU! In this episode I am going to talk about why sitting too much is terrible for your health and your youth, and how to make changes that can get you back on the right track!

It is no secret that in our modern world of easy convenience we move less.

Yet, a sedentary lifestyle is deadly and youth robbing.

Many studies have proven that sitting for long periods of time can lead to serious issues. As a retired massage therapist, the worst cases I saw were from lack of movement.

Some of the issues include... physical pain, cancer, heart attacks, obesity, weak bones, hormone problems, poor circulation and diabetes to name a few.
