Gene Drive is a technology that is able to "drive" (control) the biological functions of a given organism by editing certain "genetic markers" that control specific functions in said organism. This technology has been suggested as a tool to use against "health threats" - like mosquitoes that might spread disease with their bites.
The GENE DRIVE TECHNOLOGY uses CRSPR (pronounced CRISPER) technologies - to cut and splice in genetic changes.
CRSPR uses microwave energy to execute the processes - thereby enabling GENE DRIVE processes to be done remotely on organisms already in the environment.
The particulates that have been dumped into our atmosphere for decades now - historically called "chemtrails" by the community of people who have taken notice - is now called SOLAR REMEDIATION or ATMOSPHERIC GEOENGINEERING by the science and military / govermental communities. - see Harvard's Solar Shield website:

The most important thing to understand about this is that Jesus said that "it would be as the days of Noah... when the Son of Man returns" ----
The days of Noah are a markedly unique time in mankind's history - when "all flesh was corrupt.. and their minds were continuously evil..." (paraphrasing Genesis 6:12 )
We must begin to understand what is happening in our world by first understanding the truth of what happened in our past. Fallen angels taught men things - they procreated with human woman - (This is called "so great a sin" in the book of Enoch) and "they mingled animals with other animals to provoke God" (Book of Jasher)
Jesus said in Matthew 24 that it would be as THOSE DAYS when He returned.
