THA Secretary of the Division of Community and Enterprise Development and Labour, Marslyn Melville Jack, says the Tobago House of Assembly cannot sustain the high level of direct and indirect employment in the THA. As such, she says there's need to boost the private sector in Tobago to increase economic development on the island and, therefore, allow it to absorb some of the labour.
Speaking at Wednesday's Post Executive Media Briefing, Secretary Melville Jack outlined the mandate of her Division which she said has yielded resounding success.
