Physical ailments can be a pain in the backside at times and the irritation and inconvenience they cause can be very difficult to deal with and if they become persistent health problems it can lead to short term mental health conditions such as low mood or even lead to more serious conditions in the long term such as depression.
But what if you could resolve an ailment/physical injury in the early stages by changing the way you think about it and applying some alternative action to counteract the symptoms and get some much-needed pain relief?
