The 20-year-old Richie, who is dating Scott Disick, the former longtime boyfriend of the 39-year-old Kardashian, were seen hiding their faces while leaving the skin care clinic.
Richie was seen out and about on Thursday, also in Beverly Hills.
Richie was wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt with light blue jeans and snakeskin boots.
She accessorized with a thick gold chain around her waist as a belt with black sunglasses as she walked out of the facility.
The model also held a black wallet up to shield her face as she walked out.
Kardashian was wearing a white sweatshirt with black stretch pants and white running shoes.
She hid her face behind a pair of black sunglasses while carrying a white bag and shielding her face with her arms.
