Earthquake In Manila, the Philippines on April 22, 2019 Facebook user Michael Rivo took this video of a hotel's penthouse swimming pool emptying due to a strong earthquake. He identified the hotel building where the water is falling from as the Anchor Skysuite Ongpin in Binondo Manila.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck at 5:11pm on April 22, 2019 and centered at 14.99°N, 120.35°E - 018 km N 67° E of Castillejos (Zambales). The reported intensities are as follows:
