Rep. Maxine Waters allows Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin to reclaim his time

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Tuesday clashed with House Financial Services Chairwoman Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) over how long he was supposed to testify before her panel, at one point threatening to renege on his promise to voluntarily return to appear before the committee.
