How Can Dynamic Diagrammatic Modeling of Lived Experience Be Used as Tool in Humanistic Psychology? Abstract: Through the creation of a model of Carl Rogers’ theory on personality, this project will show how the unique features of Dynamic Diagrammatic Modeling of Lived Experience make it a useful tool for the field of humanistic psychology. With primary support for humanistic values such as subjective experience, internal relationships and processes, context, non- reductionism, and deriving the general from the concrete, it can be applied to the presentation of qualitative research including case studies as well as to making classical humanistic texts and theories accessible to a broader audience. In addition, a cognitive autoethnographic approach will be used during the iterative model construction to gain insights into how cognitive models change.
