I've been stuttering a lot. I ask of your understanding.
English is difficult.
so I am attaching the Balance patch contents of the line below.

"Meet newly remodeled Custom Chance-Up and helper "
Today we are going to check 2 year anniversary's balance patch which is proceeded april 11 in Korean server.
Among these mercs, I prepared in detail to check 3 mercs.

*Cecillia

Cecillia's basic stat of HP has been improved around 1500.
At skill level 10, 'ADV Barrier skill(After Normal Attack') is
changed to 'Regeneration Barrier skill(After Normal Attack)'
in comparison to before.
Reducing Incoming DMG(-55%) is the same as before but '4% Healing' is added
instead of 'Removing DoT skill type(Pain Purification)' accordingly.

Also, 'ADV Curse Counter' skill(After Normal Attack)' is changed to activated 'Before Battle'!

Next, lets check about skill level over 11 by the helper.
When its skill level 11, 'Titan's Strike' skill has been enhanced
At skill level 12, 'Incoming DMG x35%' is added in 'PERM AoE Absoription' skill.
At skill level 13, Reduce -75% of enemy's all stats
At skill level 14, reduce -60% incoming DMG and heal 6% of MAX HP.
Like this, figures of Reducing incoming DMG and Healing got higher without newly added skill.

Of course Cecillia with skill level 15 is powerful enough, It seems became really hard
by activating 'ADV Curse Counter' skill before battle


*Michaela

Michaela's basic HP stat is also little bit increased.
About skill, nothing has been changed at skill level 10.
Instead, various things are added by helper.

Lets check first.

At skill level 11, 'Debuff Immunity' skill which is Awakening skill has been upgraded to 'Debuff Immunity Bestowal' and
'Reducing Incoming DMG(support x 30%) is added.
At skill level 12, Boost Crit DMG is added in the 'Price for Blood' skill.
In this point! At skill level 13, 'ADV ATK interference Immunity' skill in added in the 'DoT Immunity' skill.

What? I heard that another supporting skill will be added..
Just do give 'ADV ATK interference Immunity' skill to Michaela? Usually, each skill slot
has been occupied by one different skill,
so I couldn't imagine these two different skills would be combined together but it was happened.
At skill level 14, 'Blessing' skill is upgraded as 'Blessing Bestowal' so duration is increased from 10 turns to 18 turns
(In Korean server, Michaela has 'Blessing' skill name until skill level 13 and When it becomes 'Blessing Bestowal' at
skill level 14, this skill becomes unremovable.)

At skill level 15, boosting figure of 'Price for Blood' skill is increased but figure of 'Cunsumption HP' is not changed.

*Barbara

Babara's Crit rate is increased 15% among basic stats
Awakening skill is changed DEF Boost to Survival.
Survival skill has DEF boost +65% same as like before and Healing HP every turn.

At skill level 11, ADV Healing Prohibition skill's Boosting Incoming DMG is increased up to 50%.
At skill level 12, ADV Reflective Counter Strike's Additional DMG is increased by 150%
At skill level 13, the skill 'ADV ATK Reduction' changed to 'ADV Curse'.
So reduce all stats -65% except HP and It will have 'Enhancement Nullifer' skill
At skill level 14, Awakening skill has been enhanced(12%→14%)
In addition, at skill level 15, rate of 'Reflective Counter Strike' has became 175% and Crit Rate will be applied
in disregard of Reducing Incoming DMG by enemy's DEF

So, Barbara's attack might be valid to mercs
which have two Shield Runes.
